Secure Ordering Policy
All of your personal information, including your credit card number, your name and address, is encrypted at the checkout (SSL encryption is the industry standard and among the best software tools available today for secure commerce transactions), so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. Your credit card information is processed via a very secure payment gateway. We strive to provide a safe and easy way to purchase our products online or offline. Our store utilizes the most secure systems available in the online shopping industry today. Payment Methods
Aurora Tactical, LLC. accepts Visa™ and MasterCard™, Purchase Orders, Certified Checks and Money Orders. Credit Card number is submitted at the checkout, but the credit card will not be charged until the item(s) you ordered are ready to ship. If you decide to pay by a personal check or money order, you must refer the SKU number or product name completely along with your payment. Personal checks and business checks must clear before we can ship your order. We do not accept COD payments at this time.
In choosing wire transfer as your payment method, your bank will charge you a fee to process your wire transfer. Please note that there is an additional $40 bank service fee for this payment type that our bank charges us, so $40 USD will be added to the total. Please add the wire transfer fees to the cost of your order. Not calculating these fees could delay the processing of your order.
Sales Tax Calculations
We do NOT charge Sales tax UNLESS your order is shipped to an Arkansas address. Arkansas residents must place orders by phone or mail at 479-751-8136 or send to Aurora Tactical, LLC 2270 Worth Lane, Ste. A Springdale, AR 72764. Include product name and SKU number. No sales tax is charged when buying gift certificates; purchases paid for with gift certificates, however, will be charged sales tax if shipped to an address within the state of your prevailing area.
Military and Law Enforcement Ordering
Aurora Tactical, LLC. is a registered CCR supplier of the United States Government. We accept U.S. Government and accredited institutions' Credit Cards, Purchase Orders and Contract Orders through the Defense Logistics CCR. We are an active DOD Vendor and are registered in the CCR with Cage Code 1T5T9. Please email your RFQ or PO to sales@auroratactical.com or fax them to (479) 751-8085. Special quantity discounts on Military and Law Enforcement gear are available.

Pricing and availability of our products are subject to change without notice. Aurora Tactical, LLC. has no liability in case of orders arising from typographical errors and reserves the right to cancel any order without assigning any reasons. Every effort has been made to ensure accuracy of information listed and Aurora Tactical, LLC is not responsible for any errors contained therein.

Unlike many other internet companies, we stock most of our items in our warehouse, provide toll-free phone and email. We will do our best to give you the best price and premium service.
Order Verification Process
You will receive email verifications at each stage of the order process: Your receipt of an order confirmation, delivered via e-mail or any other method, does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Aurora Tactical, LLC reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at any point after receipt of your order . All orders placed by credit card are subject to address verification by our credit and fraud prevention department, and this may delay the processing of your order. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. International Ordering Procedure
International Orders must meet specific US Department of State (ITAR) and/or US Department of Commerce export requirements, please call 479-751-8136 for all international orders.
Shipping Options
We ship most in-stock orders placed within 1-2 business days. Unless otherwise requested, we offer UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day and UPS Overnight shipping options anywhere in the United States. Package tracking available at UPS online, www.ups.com
Out of stock items - We will verify out-of-stock or special orders immediately on receipt and send an email advisory with estimated shipping date. Normally all products shown on our site are in stock and ship from our Arkansas warehouse.
Partial Shipments – You will be notified by email if an order cannot be shipped in its entirety. With your permission, we will ship the available items.
Cancellation Policy
If you call or e-mail us and want to cancel the order before it has been shipped, we will gladly cancel it free of charge. If we have already shipped your items and charged your card, the restocking fee may apply based on the circumstances.
Aurora Tactical, LLC does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Standard UPS Ground shipping normally takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.
All shipped items over $100.00 are insured. Inspect your order carefully once it arrives. It is unlikely that anything is damaged as we pack our orders well, but we do not want you to risk. Do NOT sign for a damaged parcel without a full inspection of the contents. If you receive a damaged item, notify your local UPS terminal within 24 hours or contact us sales@auroratactical.com or (479) 751-8136 for instructions.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Aurora Tactical, LLC., you have 30 days from the day of purchase to return it for a credit or exchange.
To ensure that you are properly credited, YOU MUST FIRST CONTACT Aurora Tactical, LLC. Items must be returned in NEW condition, in the original manufacturer packaging material. All returns are shipped prepaid by the customer; no CODs are accepted.
The undamaged product must be returned via a prepaid mail service. Please remember to include all the promotional items and instruction manuals that you have received as part of this order. The product should be wrapped safely in order to protect it from shipping damage. Aurora Tactical, LLC will provide a refund for a complete return given that all of the above conditions are met. A 15% restocking fee will apply in most cases. If the return is incomplete, the refund will issued based on the condition of the returned product and value of missing items. Please understand that we cannot accept goods that are returned incomplete or in obviously "used" condition. Returns are inspected and processed within 2 to 4 weeks of receipt, and refunds are credited or mailed within 2 weeks of processing.
Intensifier Tube Limited Warranty
All night vision devices containing image intensifier tubes sold by Aurora Tactical, LLC. will carry a 12-month limited manufacturer’s warranty on the image intensifier tube. A void in warranty on the image intensifier tube will occur if night vision device is not handled in accordance to the cautionary statements and instructional usage explained in the night vision device’s owner manual.
